Can you create a form that will allow us to drop a link on our website or EASE portal that allows the employee to submit a question or issue they are having which will automatically create an activity?

Also would be beneficial if we could add custom text columns that could import as a note/attachment

It would helpful as an Admin to create Dashboard view based on Security User Group as shared instead of each user having to create their own. Should be able to push Agency Views besides user create personal views.

Instead of using a link to a video within the body of an email, I would like to be able to stick the video in the email. I realize that I could create an image and attach the link that way, but it's clunky. Thanks. Kev
