I would like to be able to delete an activity so that it is hidden from my dashboard without marking it complete. I have not been able to figure out a way to do this with the status field. I am the only person using my AgencyBloc. I realize this may be an issue for larger agencies. Maybe it could be set as a preference so that an administrator could prevent this action if so desired.

Thank you for reviewing my suggestion. This is a status that I would use when I decided an activity was either no longer relevant or I'm not going to be able to do it due to other priorities (it was a good idea, but changed my mind, no time, etc.). And you are right, the objective is to have this status not show up on my dashboard. A note could be added when the user changed the status if so desired. I personally like the term "cancelled", "deleted" (even though it's not) or something like that. It would still show under the associated contact as an activity, just not on the dashboard. Can you tell that I do this kind of thing quite often? It seems like a good idea at the time, but I have decided for whatever reason it is not doable, unnecessary or I have other priorities. Hi Susan! We will likely never allow activities to be completely deleted for data integrity reasons. However, would having a status of "won't do" or something similar, and having that status automatically filtered out of dashboard lists suit your needs?
