It would be great if we could add a photo of the client main detail page. We can snap a photo with a web camera or our phones and add it to the profile.

I would like to be able to work on multiple clients at once, toggling between multiple individual profiles with tabs so I can have a few profiles open at the same time. My old CRM did this & I really miss it. You could even pop out the window ...

Being able to select which users to have certain Shared reports instead of all shared reports to all users with report permissions. Some reports do not apply to various users ex. Producer compared to internal admin staff or Managers.

I love BlocBuilder but it’s very difficult to travel to Des Moines. I think it would be great if you held it somewhere more accessible like San Diego, Denver, or Chicago. I think you could get even better attendance

it would be great to have a run down of our enrollments sales for the day, month and year. A running tally, instead of running a resport. Similar to how you have activities list on the dash.

If a person is on more that one team, it would be very helpful to be able to sort open Activities by one Followup Team vs all the teams the person is on. I.e. by Commissions Team or by Operations Team.

It would be great if the EN integration was a more robust two way integration.

For E&O purposes, we need the option for uneditable date & time stamped notes. You can edit the note until you hit save & leave the profile. Once you leave the profile, the notes are stuck. If some Agencies don't want this feature they...
