need help with a workflow were we can put training reminders out. We have them under the license tab and it tells them their license is due and not what is really due? Is there a way around this? Agents have to take LTC, AML and AHIP trainings each year and want to see if we could workflow them
Thanks for your request! Currently, the only way to work around this would be to set up "Activities" under the "Agent" as a To Do. Mapped out with proper timing and use an "Automated Workflow" to email the Agent or Schedule an activity reminding them those requirements or trainings are due. Once completed, you could create a Custom field under the Agent Detail with Check boxes to what they had completed.
