If a person is on more that one team, it would be very helpful to be able to sort open Activities by one Followup Team vs all the teams the person is on. I.e. by Commissions Team or by Operations Team.

Finding last names that are only one or two letters would be easier to find if you could set search features for last name first.

Especially in the Health Insurance world Date of Birth is extremely important. Because it does not appear in the pop up of Add New individual, it often gets forgotten to be added. It does not have to be a required field, just should show up as one...
