Un-editable Date & Timestamped Notes
For E&O purposes, we need the option for uneditable date & time stamped notes. You can edit the note until you hit save & leave the profile. Once you leave the profile, the notes are stuck. If some Agencies don't want this feature they could opt out but I really need this feature. My old CRM had this feature & I missed that. If you want me to show you my old CRM & how it worked, I am happy to do so. Thank you.
I agree, I would love to see where Agencybloc tracks the actions taken on a policy or individual (not just the last updated date/time), it does not have to be a lot of details, but seeing what changes were made by which User would be helpful. We too swapped to using Activities exclusively for CYA. They are un-editable, date & time stamped, and show which AB user made the comment. Just keep the activity status as "Complete" if you don't want it to pop up on your dashboard. Also, you can add additional comments to "Complete" activities and reopen them with a due date if later desired. They are pretty sweet.
