Drop-down options for the Subject line in Activities

The subject line in activities need to have a drop down option for the agents to select. Being able to free write in the subject line causes many issues in reporting.

For example:

The agent can select " Call"

but since its a free typed field the agent is left with more room for error and other options that he/she would type in.

Once an activity report is ran it turns into an excel file and the numerous options for "Call" turns into Call 1, call and even typos. This field needs to be uniformed with approved subject line titles created by the admin.
