Agent CRM access - If agent is on individual see all policies under individual regardless of who is on the policies

Some agencies have specialized agents who sell one product better. So an individual record might have 2 or 3 agents listed. At the policy level only one agent is listed. We need all agents to see all policies so when they contact client they know what they have. We don't want to add all sales agents to each policy. It is an appearance problem.
