We encounter several individuals throughout the year (both under 65 and Medicare) that for one reason or another are not clients now, but would like to be reached out to during Open Enrollment/AEP. These clients come at all times, so a generic number of days after trigger to send a follow up email is ineffective.
I would like to suggest the ability to set a specific date on activating a workflow...ex.:
Trigger: Activity Type updates to "AEP Follow-up"
Send Email: SPECIFIC DATE (9-15-2022) instead of "x" days before/after trigger
Email: AEP is here and you wanted me to reach out....Schedule appt with link, etc etc
