Why can't you sync the policy information and elections from EASE when it syncs the member info? Very time consuming to add the policies twice (EASE/AgencyBloc)
Ah yes, you are correct. The reason we don't automatically create the policies to link to the plans/eligibilities is because there are so many variations to how those connections can be made, we can't predict which one clients want to use. So if you have a plan with multiple eligibilities, some clients set that up in AgencyBloc as one policy with multiple coverages or a separate policy and coverage for each eligibility or even having all the eligibilities connect to the same single policy and coverage.
However, we appreciate your feedback so we can take a look at this again to see if there's something else we can do to streamline that process!
Yes, I create the policy in EASE to do enrollment or renew it and it doesn���t sync with Agency Bloc ��� I have to create the new policy in Agency Bloc before it syncs to EASE���am I wrong?

Thanks for the feedback! The policy and election information does get synced between Ease and AgencyBloc. You just need to connect the right policy/coverage to your plan/eligibility in the Ease integration. Or do you mean you want the sync to create the policy records like we create individual records through the sync process?
